Then, we’ll come together for a sacred cacao ceremony, a practice designed to deepen your connection with yourself and those around you. You’ll also learn how to facilitate your own cacao ceremony at home, so you can continue this nourishing ritual.

To close, we’ll end with a soothing crystal sound bath, creating the perfect space for relaxation, reflection, and integration.
